We have application development tools and templates that help us quickly and precisely define your project and business goals and requirements  We produce functional and technical requirements (for the development team), provide wireframe/mockups of required user interfaces, and ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure your business requirements are met and the application works exactly as defined.

eChain Development Process

1. Provide us with a short (3-4 sentence) overview of your custom development idea
2. Together, we will complete the eChain Development Request template, which includes
   1. Business requirements – i.e., what you want the application to accomplish.  Business Requirements are sentences that include the words “needs” and “should”, and are structured like “The application should …”
   2. Technology platform (Cloud, iOS, Android, Client/Server, C#, C++, PHP, Java, etc.)
   3. Time-frame for testing and delivery.  Define key project milestones
   4. Acceptance criteria
3. eChain architects and engineers then produce technical documentation used by developers to build your application including:
   1. Mockups/wireframes of user interfaces
   2. Functional Requirements
   3. Technical Specifications
   4. System interfaces, timings and/or required integrations
4. eChain Developers begin development
   1. Development will be performed on eChain secured infrastructure
   2. eChain technical leads will test iterations constantly, providing continuous updates and direction to the development team
   3. At key milestones, eChain will demonstrate progress to client
5. eChain and Client testing
   1. Working with a test script created from Acceptance Criteria, eChain and Client will test all relevant functionality
   2. Final development to address testing issues
   3. Client signoff (UAT)
6. Delivery
   1. eChain will install the solution at the client’s request
   2. eChain will deliver source code
   3. eChain will provide technical, implementation and support documentation
